Wedding Photography is what we do. We tell your story creatively, while at the same time giving you an experience that you will never forget. We make sure that we meet all of your needs while providing you with everything that you want, without paying any more than you have to.

Why don't you have a pricing and package list here on your website?

Our packages range from $1500 up to $5500 but, the truth is that every wedding (and wedding couple) is different. Weddings have so many different variables that go into them, and often times people are not sure about everything that they need. The main difference between our packages comes down to the amount of coverage and books that are included, as well as things like announcements, wall portraits, thank you cards, etc. In order to makes sure that we are helping you pick the best options we have found that setting up a quick meeting is the best way to do that. In order to give you an accurate quote, we need to meet with you to go over everything that you want. We know this is a HUGE decision, and we want you to make sure that we are the best choice for you.

During your consultation we will show you albums, prints, wedding announcements, as well as show you multiple different weddings. We also go over retouching and engagement session locations and your wedding timeline as well. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact me. I’m an open book and I want to make sure no questions are left unanswered.

What Makes My Style Photography by MJ Morgan different?

Unfortunately, the wedding photography field is saturated with mediocre players. What we see on a daily basis is 99% of wedding photographers using one camera, one lens, and flat lighting with no flash. The resulting images tend to be “washed out” with no color or texture and look no different than what amateurs create with point-and-shoot pocket cameras. The best wedding photographers will use multiple cameras, multiple lenses, and different lighting techniques to capture a wide range of images.

For each session MJ uses multiple cameras, multiple lenses, and multiple lighting techniques for a wide array of “looks”. From this combination, you can expect both wide-angle panoramic views and telephoto close-ups, with the use of natural lighting and natural looking strobe lighting. With all this equipment on-hand and extensive repertoire of techniques, My Style Photography by MJ Morgan is able to consistently deliver great images at each wedding. The result is a HUGE difference that makes our work really stand out as exceptional.

MJ has been photographing weddings since 1991 and has photographed weddings all throughout the world. MJ is a photography educator and teaches professional photographers about lighting, posing, and storytelling, along with how to make sure that their clients have an amazing experience from start to finish.

Steps to Booking Your Wedding With Us

Step 1 - Book an Appointment

We encourage meeting in person at our studio in Uintah, Utah. During your consultation we will show you wedding albums, as well as a detailed walk-through of our styles, portfolio, and customize your wedding coverage personally for you.

Step 2 - Choose Your Package

We will put together options that will suit your wedding and needs based on your wedding. We’ll show you the best option that works for you, you can always add more options later. The final decision is always yours.

Step 3 - Book Your Date

We will present you with a contract and summary of your coverage. Once that is signed, you will be able to pay the $500 retainer, and your date will be locked in just for you! Now we can schedule your engagement session and send you your wedding day timeline and vendor recommendations while we prepare for your shoots.

Step 4 - Create Your Memories!

Our process of working with you is all-inclusive. We work together to make sure that you are well taken care of from planning your shoots, to designing your final album. Your story is unique, and we understand that, so we also make your album unique. We customize your experience just for you.

We live in a digital world, but your images are meant to be printed. Your wedding album is the cornerstone of our work on your wedding. It is the final product we will provide to you, and will have a special role to play in your family for generations to come. Here are a few things to understand about wedding albums:

1. Your Wedding Album is a Storybook

We specifically shoot with intention of designing the perfect album. That means that we intentionally photograph each session knowing that different images will be used in different ways in the final album layout. As we design the album we typically use engagement images in the first portion of the album and then add bridal/formal images, then we move on to the first look and timeline of the wedding day beginning with the bridal gown and “getting ready” images. We are artists with a vision to tell your story in a printed album layout that will be skillfully printed and kept in your family for generations.

2. We shoot and design with the intention to invoke Memory

They say that images are directly tied to memory, but did you know that something as simple as a facial expression can influence how you perceive that memory? Our wedding albums are designed to make you remember what was happening on your wedding day, but, more than that to also invoke the feelings you were having when the images were taken.

3. Quality Craftsmanship is key to preserving your memories

Our wedding albums are handmade in Italy by a single person from start to finish. Then go through quality control and inspection before being delivered to you. We searched the world to provide the absolute best possible quality to our clients, and that is why we are one of the only studios in Utah to give our clients a limited lifetime warranty on our wedding albums.
